EDWARD MURRAY, DIRECTOR, VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS The application for bail addressed to Justice Stevens and referred to the Court is denied. A-13 MOHAMMED COHOUDHARY V. VERMONT (O.T. 1993) The application for injunctive relief pending appeal addressed to Justice Blackmun and referred to the Court is denied. D-1246 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF ELLIS S. SIMRING It having been reported to the Court that Ellis S. Simring, of Hollywood, Florida, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Florida and this Court by order of March 22, 1993, having suspended the said Ellis S. Simring from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Ellis S. Simring be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1253 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF RICHARD PRESTON PERRIN It having been reported to the Court that Richard Preston Perrin, of Washington, D.C., has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Appellate Division, Supreme Court of New York, Second Judicial Department, and this Court by order of April 5, 1993, having suspended the said Richard Preston Perrin from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said Richard Preston Perrin be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1262 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF WILLIAM ROBERT WARWICK It having been reported to the Court that William Robert Warwick, of Long Branch, New Jersey, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and this Court by order of May 17, 1993, having suspended the said William Robert Warwick from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said William Robert Warwick be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1263 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF DENNIS JAMES IZZI It having been reported to the Court that Dennis James Izzi, of Palm Springs, California, has resigned from the practice of law before the Supreme Court of California and this Court by order of May 17, 1993, having suspended the said Dennis James Izzi from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Dennis James Izzi be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. Ellsworth from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said Thomas J. Ellsworth be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1266 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF CHESTER C. PARIS It having been reported to the Court that Chester C. Paris, of Pocasset, Massachusetts, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and this Court by order of May 17, 1993, having suspended the said Chester C. Paris from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Chester C. Paris be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1270 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JOHN LEWE GUBBINS It having been reported to the Court that John Lewe Gubbins, of Montefort, Wisconsin, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Illinois and this Court by order of May 24, 1993, having suspended the said John Lewe Gubbins from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said John Lewe Gubbins be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1277 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF ROBERT P. GOLDBERG It is ordered that Robert P. Goldberg, of Honolulu, Hawaii, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. D-1282 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF RICHARD ERNEST KEITHLEY It is ordered that Richard Ernest Keithley, of Kansas City, Kansas, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. D-1283 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JEROME DAVID COHEN It is ordered that Jerome David Cohen, of Brooklyn, New York, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
